Because we are full-time Realtors, we can also help you in buying and selling properties. Our fee structure is simple:
If Occupied:
20% of first full month's rent - onboarding fee, then 10% of gross amount collected or $75 (whichever is greater) per month
If Vacant:
50% of first full month's rent, then 10% of gross amount collected or $75 (whichever is greater) per month
Lease Only:
Perhaps you don't need our management services but would like our expert help in finding a tenant. The fee for lease only is 100% of one month's rent.
NO management fees are charged while the property is vacant.
